Your child must attend school where a H.O.P.E Extended Learning program is located to enroll at this specific location. We currently have a partnership with Rocketship United Academy 320 Plus Park Blvd Nashville, TN 37217.

When you register your child in the H.O.P.E Extended Learning program, you are securing the availability of care for the entire school year; therefore, you are responsible for the weekly fees regardless of attendance.

To register your child for H.O.P.E Extended Learning the following items must be completed…

  • Child Information Form completed and signed.

  • Pre-placement visit conducted as required by the Tennessee Department of Human Services (DHS)

  • Flu Notification Form.

  • A new registration form and Child Information Form must be completed for each new program (Fall and Summer).

  • Immunization forms must be up to date and on file at the local school.

Once your child is registered, parents will receive a link to setup their parent portal via Brightwheel and submit your registration fee and first week payment.

To ensure H.O.P.E Extended Learning is a good fit for your child’s needs, we extend a two-week trial period for all new enrollees, during which you may unenroll your child at any time. Registration and weekly fees apply. Registration fees and weekly fees are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to request withdrawal of a child during or after the trial period if one or more of the following conditions exists:

  1. the child is not participating in or benefiting from the program;

  2. the staff cannot provide adequate or safe care for the child;

  3. the staff cannot provide adequate or safe care to other enrolled students due to the needs of this child.

After the two-week trial period expires, a two-week advance written notice is required before leaving the program at the parent’s request. Parents must submit a written notice to the Site Director. Parents are responsible for fees during these two weeks. Registration fees are non-refundable.

Parents should update all information—including additional medical information and/or a change in address, telephone numbers or family situations—at the time of change. Please check every six months to make sure all information is correct.

Home of Potential and Excellence’s programs will not discriminate by race, color, sex, national origin, creed or disabilities in operations of its programs, services or activities.

H.O.P.E Extended Learning accepts children with special needs so long as those needs can be reasonably accommodated. H.O.P.E Extended Learning will conduct an individualized analysis in each situation and requires the parent to cooperate in the process. At a minimum, the parent must fill out the Special Needs form, and meet with their respective Program Coordinator well in advance of the child’s anticipated enrollment date. Staff may request additional documents or take other steps, depending on the circumstances. For example, staff may wish to receive a copy of your child’s most current IEP, Psych Evaluation, Behavior Plan, etc.

If your child needs 1-on-1 assistance, your child may be delayed in starting the program until we
can hire a 1-on-1 assistant. This is for your child's safety and success.
